She Develops and lead creative methodology to meet the varied needs of Individuals with Intellectual, Physical and Mental Health Disabilities. Support the Residential Programs in developing best practice methods to assess the Quality of Treatment plans and Program Services. Design curriculum and conduct training's to enhance staff productivity and agency operations. 

Advise leadership on policies and practices and their potential influence on organizational efficacy.Conduct ongoing training, staff development and evaluation of Residential, Community Services and Day Habitation programs in New York and New Jersey to ensure the standard of performance mirrored the core values and mission of the Agency.  Conduct internal investigations, corporate compliance and quality assurance audits. Evaluate incident reports for clarity, accuracy and completeness, indicate plan of correction and reported to regulatory agencies.  Structure the communication, enhancement and effective proliferation of Person Centered Planning, for individuals with different disabilities, addictions and mental health disorders.

Managed two regional Residences, directed and implemented the statewide policies for Medicaid certification.  Recruited, hired and trained Managers, agency Nurses and Direct Support Professionals.  Member of leadership committee for the improvement of

services, advocacy and self sufficiency opportunities for children and adults with disabilities.

Planned, directed and evaluated work of the staff to ensure home met state standard of            excellence.  Compiled rehabilitation plans to move clients with psychiatric disorders.
